FULL-SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN

This is complete design, from start to finish. This can be a project of any size, from furnishing a single room to a whole home gut renovation to a ground-up new build. This may include - space planning; architectural detailing; sourcing and creating one-of-a-kind furniture pieces; selecting, ordering, and installing furnishings; styling and accessories etc. Every project is customized to your unique needs.

After speaking by phone, we’ll begin with a complimentary one-hour in-home visit so we can get to know you, determine a scope of work for your project, and give you an opportunity to ask questions.

Afterward, you’ll receive a proposal, complete with an estimate of the design fee, which is calculated by multiplying the expected number of hours by the hourly rate of $200/hour. The design fee for most projects start around $3,000 per room.

Aside from the design fee, the total project investment will include materials, furnishings, and any custom labor by contractors and experts.

This is design by the hour, perfect for a variety of small design projects. Sandie will meet you and work flexibly with you on your particular design needs. Here are some ways she can help:

This is a good way to harness Sandie’s design expertise, while saving money by doing the ordering, purchasing, receiving, and installing of materials and furnishings on your own. Rate: $250/hour, with a 1 hour minimum.
